Unit3 have worked closely with Moose Coffee Ltd since 2019 in the design and expansion of their coffee and food business throughout the UK. Moose Coffee offer an exceptional American / Canadian breakfast and brunch menu which has a huge reputation for quality and size across the North West.
Unit3 have assisted with the layout, design and statutory consents for numerous branches in Liverpool, Manchester and Leeds, working closely with the clients to achieve the optimum layouts for various sites all with different challenges and opportunities.
The interiors of all the new branches are elegantly furnished, clad in delicate walnut strips and mirrored tiles, which reflect light around the spaces and create a generally more light, airy atmosphere.
Moose Coffee Leeds was completed in December 2019 and occupies a prominent site in Bond Court, Leeds City Centre. This outlet has a kitchen in the basement and has an internal capacity of 54 seats excluding outdoor seating which extends out into the plaza.
The somewhat restrictive site has forced Unit3 to develop a layout proposal which makes efficient use of space, increasing the number of covers possible within the restaurant. Booth seating around the edges of the interior can open to the exterior, with sliding windows permitting a natural ventilation strategy on warmer days.
