Martin Shutt acted as project architect on an extension and refurbishment of existing primary school in Oldham transforming capacity from 2FE to 3FE – traditional JCT contract with construction value circa £2.3m. Using the schools signature red colour, the new reception and staff facilities provided by the team transformed the school environment into an attractive, fresh and bright place to work and learn.
