Martin Shutt was project architect for the first Liverpool BSF Wave 2 school. Involvement from feasibility (stage C) through to on-site construction and practical completion. The project dealt with many logistic and site constraints and required close coordination with the contractors and client to overcome many health and safety matters, client design changes, listed building consents and programme / phasing management. The timely production of information and response to on-site matters has ensured that the project was delivered both on time and to budget with a delighted client. Project value £21m.
