WILD ROOT
RIBA Stages 0-3
Unit3 are currently in the process of helping plant-based food pioneers Wild Root establish a new eatery in the Baltic Triangle, Liverpool. The new venue will host events, cookery classes as well as providing a social venue for plant-based breakfast, lunches and evening meals.
The building itself is full of original industrial features and materials that we have tried to keep, restore and promote through the design – akin to the ethos of Wild Root – keeping things natural and unadulterated.
