Unit3 were delighted to collaborate with Peel Holdings on the delivery of ‘The Pavilion,’ a key feature within the exciting new Wirral Waters development in Birkenhead. This partnership reflects our shared vision for creating high-quality, community-focused spaces that support modern lifestyles and set a new standard for urban regeneration in the region.
The Pavilion is designed as a vibrant, multi-purpose amenity hub that serves the diverse needs of residents within the development. It houses a state-of-the-art gym, an inspiring coworking area, and flexible meeting and events spaces—all under one roof. Each component has been thoughtfully integrated to encourage collaboration, wellbeing, and a sense of community, reflecting the dynamic nature of contemporary living and working.
Our brief was to deliver an interior environment that felt fresh, modern, and innovative—qualities we embraced through the use of clean lines, natural light, and a carefully curated palette of materials and finishes. The result is a forward-thinking space that not only complements the architectural identity of Wirral Waters but also enhances the daily experience of those who live and work there.
