ROOM WITH A VIEW
RIBA Stages 0-7
This project involves the modernisation of a 1900’s detached house in Maghull. Working to a tight budget, the client was keen to incorporate a modern design onto the existing house that would link the ground floor interior spaces through to the rear garden and provide the opportunity for sheltered external dining and entertaining.
The form of the extension expresses a north-south axis whilst an over sized skylight ensures that maximum daylight enters the rear of the plan.
