KNOLLE PARK MEWS

Unit3 have recently helped clients in refurbishing and remodeling a Grade II listed gatehouse at Knolle Park Mews in Liverpool. The building had not been renovated for years and was in desperate need of modernisation and repair to make it livable again.
Together with the clients we developed new internal arrangements that would maximise the internal spaces as well as modernising the external appearance whilst still honouring the existing building fabric and listed status.
