COACH HOUSE CONVERSION
RIBA Stages 0-4
Unit3 have completed the design of a small Coach House into a one bedroom dwelling in Liverpool. Previously used as a one-bed apartment, it had not been maintained or repaired for many years meaning that it had fallen into disrepair and needed major refurbishment.
As Architects, it was in our best interest to restore the Coach House to its former glory and make it fit for purpose once again, especially since the building sits in a conservation area.
The design features a shared living and kitchen space with a breakfast bar and a staircase leading up to the new mezzanine level, holding the bedroom.
