RESIDENTIAL EXTENSION
RIBA Stages 0-3
Unit3 is currently working on the design and construction of a new contemporary rear extension to a period property in South Liverpool for private clients.
The extension provides the clients with a new, modern open-plan kitchen and dining room which opens out into the garden and provides an inside-outside relationship between spaces.
A sensitive palate of materials is employed to emphasise the shape and form of the extension whilst a bold signature colour is used to link the internal drop ceiling with the external canopy.
