Residential Extension – Woolton
RIBA Stages 0-4
This property previously belonged to an elderly resident, and was in much need of modernisation – the new owners are both artists, and so wanted an airy open space suitable for creating and hosting guests. An awkward and cramped kitchen layout was remodelled to create a large open plan living space that flows through into the garden, with a sheltered external space.
Modifications to the property were highlighted by a sleek modern design, creating contrast between the new and old.
