Conversion of a derelict chapel into eight bespoke duplex apartments within Newsham Park conservation area, Liverpool.
The project demanded continuous support throughout both the planning and building regulations process as unforeseen changes and alterations were required to complete the project. The scheme encountered further challenges due to the complexities of being in a conservation area. Primary practice liaison for communications between the governing authorities, client and engineers throughout all work stages; provided production information when required, chaired meetings and conducted regular independent site visits.
