Unit3 celebrate appointment to Reallies Framework

Unit3 are proud to be one of 95 consultants appointed to the Reallies Framework – a major national framework spread across 15 construction lots.
The framework provides a broad range of professional services to support new build projects and asset management of existing housing stock across the entire UK.

This framework is of particular interest to us since Reallies is primarily concerned with providing real, meaningful employment opportunities to those who may be viewed as having barriers to entering the labour market. As such, Reallies work with consultants and customers to identify potentially suitable entry level positions within their organisations. Where this is not possible, Reallies work with consultants to identify other ways in which they can support this activity. This may be by providing sponsorship to fund an individual entering employment elsewhere, or ‘in kind’ support provided to community groups who support people into employment.
