WOOLTON VILLAGE

This project involves the creation of a two storey side extension to an end of terrace property in Woolton Village Conservation Area.
The extension will allow a larger ground floor living area, kitchen and reorganised garden terrace. Upstairs, the extension provides a large duplex style master bedroom with feature spiral staircase up to the attic space, now utilised as bedroom.
The extension is clad on both vertical walls and roof in black standing seam metal to provide a modern contrast to the original brick of the terrace.
