RUTHIN ARTISAN MARKET AND TOWN HALL
RIBA Stages 0-3
Unit3 are pleased to be working with Ruthin Artisan Market, assisting them in remodeling the existing Grade II listed Town Hall building into a variety of community facilities and event spaces including a concert hall, flexible offices, changing spaces and a cafe.
The project also includes extensive external remodeling to provide a children’s play area, improved parking provision and sustainability enhancements.
The project is supported by the Architectural Heritage Fund and is currently awaiting planning permission.
