HALSALL
RIBA Stages 4-7
Unit3 have recently completed the building regulations and on-site assistance for the construction of a new 4-bed house (approx. 570m³) in Halsall with NMR Developments Ltd.
The project started in January 2019 and completed in October 2019 and is strategically positioned to continue the street line established by existing semi detached rendered houses, and converted barn on Halsall Road. the internal layout includes a large open plan kitchen / living room and seperate living room on the ground floor with four bedrooms, bathroom and en-suite upstairs.
The house is designed to ‘Lifetime Homes’ standards and has a driveway for two cars at the front, and is arranged on an L-shaped plot to maximise the garden/amenity space at the rear.
The external white render matches in with the local vernacular of white houses whilst providing a contemporary detailing with the black metal clad porch, dark grey aluminium windows, cills, louvers and cedar cladding.
