HANSON ROAD – SITE REDEVELOPMENT
RIBA Stages 0-7
Unit3 were asked to look at the full redevelopment of an industrial site on Hanson Road in Liverpool for an existing client that needed to expand their operations and make better use of the land.
The project involved producing a full site assessment and strategy for how the site could be better utilised and re-ordered, including demolition and new build elements, as well as proposing a business case and options for partial multiple tenant occupancy.
