We have recently been appointed to convert an existing industrial unit, introducing a mezzanine floor, to create additional office and support space for the Bluegyp Ltd.

The building itself is a utilitarian warehouse type that has been constructed as a two storey building but only provided accommodation at ground floor level. The building appeared to have been designed as a shell with a number of provisions made for future fit out. Strip windows existed at first floor level which would provide light and ventilation to any new first floor accommodation and steelwork was predrilled to receive new steelwork which would form the framework of any new first floor gantry.
