unit3 have gained planning permission for this charming little cottage in the center of Chester to have an enlarged footprint and two storey extension.

The site is on the edge of a conservation area and has a number issues due to shared elevations with the adjacent residents (Party Wall Act) which all had to be overcome through in-depth consultations with the planners and conservation officer.

Work is due to start on site mid-May 2013 through a design and build contract.
